“Okay, but overall disappointing.”+

Great location Overall good service. Price is not justified. Not different to a Hilton or Sheraton, but old building and old-fashioned rooms which need some renovation work. Service okay, but not what ...

“If we return to Heidelberg, this is where we'll stay.”+

Outstanding Staff. Great décor. Fantastic room. A true 5-Star experience! Smoke from their 'isolated' smoking room clobbered the entire bar area making it rather unpleasant for a non-smoker.
